Paul Clüver Family Wines is the pioneer of Elgin’s cool-climate wine region. This fourth-generation farm is known for a wine range expressing the individualistic terroir of this unique region, the coolest in South Africa, and is especially well-known for its award-winning Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines. A leader in sustainability and conservation, Paul Clüver Family Wines was one of the first members of the WWF Conservation Champions project and over 1 000ha of the farm is a natural conservancy, underscoring an ethos of sustainability that includes the range of premium wines.
